First Hamzar made the unlock for baseband 04.11.08 on iPhone 4 using Sam package from Cydia but people said that it didn’t work. So Hamzar made another unlocking software for iPhone 4 that might work. This unlocking tool called React0r and was developed for iPhone 4 baseband 04.11.08. It is edited version of Dev-Teams unlock.

Guide to unlock iPhone 4 baseband 04.11.08 using React0r

Step 1: Open Cydia => Sources => edit => Add => http://cydia.myrepospace.com/iUnlockerz/ => Install React0r from iUnlockerz repository.

Step 2: Respring SpringBoard and insert activation SIM (mine would be AT&T) and turn airplane mode ON

Step 4: Remove activation SIM (AT&T) and insert the SIM, which you are going to unlock and use with iPhone.

Step 5: Go to iPhone SIM applications, select “network” go back on SIM apps and select ” tutorial “, press accept and turn ON airplane mode. Now insert activation SIM again and turn OFF airplane mode. You will be at iPhone activation screen. Insert your SIM and activate iPhone via iTunes.
